I specialize in body-based therapeutic coaching. Our conversation begins with a resonance call that will determine if we both feel a yes to work with each other. Once you're ready to move forward, we can schedule our one-hour session or package at a frequency that works for you. During these sessions, the focus will be on you, your intentions, and everything involved in our inquiry and conversation.  

About Me

I am fascinated by the essence of the human spirit and in love with the natural world. My practice is rooted in the belief that humans are an extension of nature, embodying its complexity and beauty. These reflections drive my curiosity and my work: understanding the depths of who we are, exploring why we think and act as we do, and uncovering the vast potential that lies within each of us.

My interest in the working of the mind and human behavior led me to the world of  psychology, energy work, and eventually working as a professional massage therapist for the last 10 years. 

In the fall of 2022, I reached a pivotal moment in my professional development by beginning my studies in Compassionate Inquiry, a psychotherapy approach pioneered by Dr. Gabor Maté. This trauma-informed approach emphasizes the sensory and felt experiences as gateways to exploring our core beliefs, addictions, traumas, and the stories our bodies hold. It’s a journey of integration, where we learn to gather and interpret the messages of our body, unveiling the inner workings of the psyche. I completed a 6-month mentorship continuing my studies of Compassionate Inquiry and in the process of becoming a practitioner of this approach.

Through conversation, inquiry, and tracking sensations in the body, we will work  together to address whatever it is you need support in. You'll discover new ways to approach challenges, build healthier relationships, especially the one to yourself, and cultivate a life that reflects your deepest values and aspirations.

Offerings

20 minute free resonance call - We will meet and connect to see if we resonate with each other to further our work together. 

 75 minute session  $80 - A one-time session to support you in addressing whatever you need support with.  

4-pack of 60 minute sessions -  $300 - This package is designed to guide you in building a new or adding to a foundation of inner support with your intention. We will gently unknot patterns of thought/behavior and get more attuned to the direction you want to be/move in.

3 month coaching package- 2 sessions a month for 60 minutes + 2 sessions a month for 30 minutes  $ 720 - This will offer us more time and space to widen your capacity to move through any challenges that you need support with and/or desires you would like to see come to fruition.
